Crew for teams

The same assistant for every employee. Control for the company.

Your people already use AI — on personal accounts your company can't see. Crew for teams gives everyone a real assistant wired into mail, calendar and files behind one SSO, and keeps budget, permissions and records in the admin console.

Three things a generic chatbot doesn't do

Three things make Crew different from a generic chatbot.

Plugs into your stack

Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive, Calendar, Slack, Microsoft Teams, GitHub, Notion, Stripe, and 50+ more. Crew reads from and writes to the systems you already pay for — not a sandbox copy.

Actually finishes the work

One sentence in, a finished deliverable out. "Schedule a call with our top three leads and prep the brief" → Crew checks calendars, sends invites, and drops the brief into Drive — without your team in the loop.

Inside your guardrails

SSO, role-based permissions, per-tool grants, DLP, audit log, spending caps. Your IT team stays in control while every employee gets a productivity boost.

Company-wide adoption

What changes when the whole company uses it, not one team

AI on individual accounts means cost, data and quality the company can't manage. Put everyone under one company account and this is what changes.

30 min

Set up in 30 minutes, roll out with one SSO

IT creates the company and connects the IdP. Employees sign in with the account they already have and start asking in their messenger — no training.

100%

See exactly who uses what

Spend by team, member, tool and model in real time. Split budgets per team and auto-pause at the limit. No more collecting personal card receipts.

1

One company voice in every reply

Admin-set instructions, tone and banned phrases apply to every employee's Crew. Customer email drafts and reports come out sounding like your company.

0

Shadow AI down to zero

Customer data, contracts and source pasted into personal chatbots — gone. Crew runs only in your company's isolated space, is never used for training, and access ends with offboarding.

×N

One person's know-how becomes a company asset

Publish a good skill, automation or prompt to the team library and everyone uses it as-is. Sales' proposal skill reaches another office in a day.

$0

No seat fees — pay for actual use

Create 1,000 accounts and pay only for what's used. No expensive seats for people who ask twice a month.

Real wins, real teams

Six departments, six ways Crew gives hours back every week.

Sales12h saved per person / week

Account executives, SDRs

Before Crew

Manually research each lead, draft follow-ups, schedule meetings, log activity in CRM — half the day on admin instead of selling.

With Crew

"Research these 10 leads, draft personalized intros, and book intro calls." Crew does the prospecting, drafts the emails for review, books the calendar, and logs everything to the CRM.

Marketing14h saved per person / week

Content, demand gen, brand

Before Crew

Hours scrolling competitor blogs, drafting social posts, briefing designers, hunting for stats to back claims.

With Crew

Crew watches competitor activity in your Signals feed every morning, drafts campaign assets in your tone, fact-checks against linked sources, and queues Slack approval for the team.

Engineering10h saved per person / week

Developers, tech leads

Before Crew

Context-switching between IDE, docs, GitHub, Slack, internal wikis. Half of standup is "any updates from the other team?"

With Crew

Crew syncs PRs, reads docs, summarizes design decisions, and drafts technical writeups. Deep Work agent runs multi-step tasks (build a CSV report, generate test data) while you focus on the hard parts.

People & HR8h saved per person / week

Recruiters, people ops

Before Crew

Inbox of resumes, manual screening, candidate emails, scheduling, interview prep — repeat for every requisition.

With Crew

Crew screens resumes against your spec, drafts personalized rejection/next-step emails, books interview slots, and prepares interviewer briefs from past notes — all in your company's voice.

Operations10h saved per person / week

Ops, finance, project managers

Before Crew

Pulling data from 5 systems into a weekly report, chasing approvals over Slack, manually reconciling invoices.

With Crew

Crew runs the weekly report on a schedule, formats it as PDF, posts it to Slack with key takeaways, and flags anomalies. Approvals route through Crew with one-click responses.

Customer support15h saved per person / week

CS reps, success managers

Before Crew

Triaging tickets, looking up account context, writing answers, escalating — the same questions every week.

With Crew

Crew triages by sentiment + topic, pulls account context from your systems, drafts the first response, and escalates blockers automatically. Your team handles the hard tickets, faster.

Access removed
SSO · SCIM

Onboarding ends in your IdP

Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta, SAML. An account created in your IdP appears in Crew; deactivate it and access stops instantly.

Why it matters to the buyer

Orphaned ex-employee accounts are the first thing a security audit flags. SCIM removes that line item.

Permissions that mirror the org chart

Hierarchical teams; owner, admin, manager, member and guest roles; custom roles with only the permissions you pick.

Why it matters to the buyer

Per-person permissions break past 100 people. Team-level permissions survive a reorg in one change.

Tool permissions

Different tools for different teams

Allow or block 60 tools per team or member. Switch to allowlist mode and only approved tools appear. The most specific rule wins.

Why it matters to the buyer

GitHub for engineering, Stripe for finance only. When the company decides what the AI can do, objections disappear.

DLP

Sensitive data caught before it leaves

API keys, card numbers, national IDs and company keywords detected before sending. Block, warn or log by policy.

Why it matters to the buyer

The question that stalls every AI rollout is 'what if customer data leaks?'. One policy screen answers it.

Per-team limits: alert at 80%, pause at 100%

Allocate the company balance to teams and members with monthly caps. Over the limit it auto-pauses and notifies admins.

Why it matters to the buyer

Unpredictable AI spend delays rollouts. With hard caps, finance signs off first.

Company AI instructions

Your voice and rules, in one place

Admins write the instructions, tone and banned phrases applied to every employee's Crew — brand guide, support principles, legal wording.

Why it matters to the buyer

Customer drafts that sound different per person erode the brand. One page of instructions levels quality company-wide.

Put Stripe, Salesforce or Notion keys in the vault once; employees use the tools without ever seeing the key. Encrypted at rest.

Why it matters to the buyer

Keys floating in Slack and notes are the most common leak. In the vault, rotation is one change.

Every Crew account ships with these — no add-ons, no extra cost.

Scheduler

Recurring tasks that run on cron — daily digests, weekly reports, monthly analyses. Everyone gets their own automation.

Autopilot

One-line missions that run for days. "Plan our trade show — pick venues, draft outreach, get partner quotes" → Crew works while you don't.

Built for IT

Your data, your rules

Crew is designed for organizations that need real governance — not just a checkbox. Every feature ships with the controls your IT, security, and compliance teams expect.

Common questions

Where is our data stored? Who can see it?+

Conversations and tool outputs live in your org's isolated database rows — only members of your org can access them. Crew employees can't read your data unless you grant explicit support access. We don't train models on your data.

Which AI models does Crew use?+

Claude (Anthropic) for primary reasoning + tool use, Gemini (Google) for high-volume utility tasks. Crew's agent automatically routes each request to the most efficient model. You can also pin a specific model per chat.

How do we control spending?+

Set caps at org, team, and member levels. Auto top-up on a card, or postpaid net-30 invoicing for larger teams. Alerts at 80%, hard stop at 100% — no surprise bills.

Can we try before committing?+

Yes. Create an org and try Crew with no credit card required. Add a card only when you're ready to scale beyond the included credit.

Can our team move from individual ChatGPT/Claude accounts?+

Easily. Members can keep their personal Crew or other accounts; org context routes through the company's billing and governance separately. Migrate at your own pace.

Give the whole company an assistant
